Climate change is more than an environmental crisis—it’s an economic, social, and moral one. It disrupts economies, forces people to leave their homes, and challenges global stability. While it’s a huge problem, solutions are within reach if we all work together.
For example, governments could introduce stricter carbon taxes or invest in renewable energy to reduce emissions. Industries can adopt sustainable practices like reducing waste and switching to eco-friendly materials. On a smaller scale, individuals can do things like using less plastic, conserving energy, or participating in community initiatives.
Yesterday, my class and I did a beach cleanup, and it really showed how small actions can add up. We collected so much plastic and trash—it was shocking to see how much ends up in the sea. It made me realize that while big changes are needed, even something as simple as picking up trash or reducing single-use plastics can make a difference. Change starts with us, but it grows when we inspire others to act too.
